to determine the interim objectives (monthly, quarterly or semi-annual) based on the annual target set in the first year of the strategic plan
to compare the interim objectives with the interim accounts with the aim of detecting and interpreting the causes of any variances
to identify the levers on which to act in order to remove the interim variances between objectives and what is shown in the accounts

The course is based on many theoretical lessons and practical exercises necessary to immediately experience the effectiveness of the principles and tools of NLP in the classroom, on yourself and with your course colleagues.
